As i promised here comes the dessert.
Dessert is composed from chocolate ganache, coffee flavoured chocolate mousse, coconut powder, chocolate powder and chantilly cream

Chocolate genache:Place the chocolate into a medium bowl. Heat the cream in a small saucepan over medium heat, and bring just to the boil. When the cream has come to the boiling point, pour over the chopped chocolate, and whisk until smooth.
Chantilly cream:
Chantilly is made from whipped cream. While whisking cream the air bubbles are catched by fat droplets ( chill down cream before whisking to prevent over whipping). Creme chantilly IS a sweetened whipped cream. So add sugar and vanilla to your cream while whisking to create chantilly.
Créme chantilly was invented somewhere in 17th century in French cháteau de Chantilly.
